The end of day 3 (3rd Jan)

Just got out of a 33 degree pool and it was a georgous swim!!  Now for my evening coffee and wind down with reading.

Dinner turned out really nice. Thumbs up from the hubby.  We had BBQ cooked lamb steaks with red pepper (or as I call it - red capsicum) salsa.  I made a marinade of rosemary leaves, garlic, salt, pepper and oil for the lamb which Barry cooked for me on the BBQ. In the mean time I cut up and roasted the capsicum then added a bit of garlic, and dried crushed rosemary and a tad bit of oil to blend it all through. Served with a side salad.  It was very filling and delish. 

Tomorrow morning Im having poached egg florentine for breakfast and I cant wait!!  Until then....goodnight. (I've always wanted to say that) ;-P
